CONFERENCE: LISBON
Our flagship Lisbon conference brought builders, investors, creators, and community into a historic mansion setting.
I led speaker programming for 74 speakers across topics, formats, and on-site flow. I also helped design the space, manage A/V, coordinate brand presence, support the title sponsor, and keep production moving under real event pressure.
